Xue Feng (Flora Feng Xue) is an experienced media professional and community activist. She holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minor in journalism. She has dedicated more than 20 years to news reporting and served as deputy editor-in-chief of a media agency in Beijing, China. She has won many national and local media awards. Xue came to the United States in the summer of 2015. She has been a board member of the Chinese Association of Iowa, the editor-in-chief of Asian American News Bureau(AANB), the editor-in-chief of United Chinese Americans, and a reporter of the World Journal.

Xue recently joined Causey & Ye Law. As the PR Coordinator, she is committed to building and maintaining a good public relations and expanding the law firm’s services.

Xue presides over social media platforms such as “WeChat Causey Ye law Online” WeChat public account, website, etc. She carefully edits influential articles such as case studies and builds an information platform for law firms to assist Chinese and international students; she is also responsible for the law firm’s office in Ames where she assists with legal advice and contacts, which strive to provide legal protection for local Chinese and foreign students.

 She enjoys serving the Chinese and Asian communities and actively organizes and participates in the Chinese community’s charity events, legal aid counseling services, Sino-U.S. cooperation, and exchange events. She volunteers with the Chinese community for thousands of hours every year. In August 2015, Xue was awarded the “Distinguished International Education Volunteer Service Award” by U.S. Education Without Borders; in November 2016, Xue was awarded the “International Community Leadership Contribution Award” by the Secretary of State of Iowa; in December 2017, Xue was awarded the "U.S.-China Business Leadership Award" by the U.S. Ambassador to China, Mr. Branstad and the Iowa Governor, Ms. Reynolds.
